Researchers at the Australian Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology (AIBNi) have established a world-leading set of technologies for the rapid, scalable and cost-effective presentation of antigens on virus-like particles - antigenic or therapeutic epitopes or antigens that could be rapidly engineered into or onto a well-characterised VLP.
This technology aims to provide a rapid-response vaccine manufacturing platform to accelerate the delivery of safe and efficacious vaccines to the market at low cost, with aggregates-free product and correct epitope presentation.
