Intellectual Property Policies

UniQuest manages intellectual property (IPi) on behalf of researchers and students at UQ and our partner research institutions.

Each institution has IP policies for staff, students and visitors, which can be found on their websites. These policies cover a range of issues from ownership, dispute resolution and IP protection to rewards and commercialisation.

We recommend you visit your institution’s website and discuss IP issues directly with your MICD.
