Dr Weng completed his PhDⁱ in Engine Control and Optimisation systems from The University of Queensland.  He is an engineering consultant undertaking product research and development.  His consulting expertise extends to testing (to relevant Australian Standards) and investigations on mechanical component failure, including motor vehicle accidents.
