Education and Human Resource Development

Fundamental to prosperity, security and sustainability, education is both a human right and a development outcome.

We support our development partners to deliver quality education, at primary, secondary and tertiary levels, as well as enhance the system behind it. We maintain a commitment to all aspects of education in development, including Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and nonformal and informal education as contributors to an enhanced economy.

We do this by strengthening management systems, curriculum development and policy through collaborative research and evaluation, with best-practice always in focus.

Our human resource development activities include management, design, delivery and technical input on training, skills development and professional development programs.Over the last 15 years, we have developed and managed training courses and study tours in Australia, across Asia, the Pacific and into Africa, for agencies such as AusAIDi, ADBi, NZAIDi, UN agencies, and the World Banki.

Drawing on the strength of The University of Queensland, an internationally renowned research and teaching institution, and our staff, UniQuest can customise training activities at any professional or scholastic level, covering almost any subject our clients require, from Diplomacy to Dryland Farming.
