Commercialisation Workshop Application Form
Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions before you complete the ApplicationForm.
UQ management, UQ research staff and UQ research higher degree students are eligible to attend the workshop.
UQ research higher degree students must obtain approval to attend the workshop from his/her supervisor before making the application. The supervisor may be notified of the application and requested to provide confirmation that the applicant is eligible for consideration for a place at the workshop.
Applications will be treated as an Expression of Interest as the number of applications may exceed available spaces.
Applicants who have not previously attended a UniQuest two-day intensive workshop will be given priority.
Successful applicants will be notified no later than three weeks prior to the workshop, and requested to return a signed Attendance Commitment Confirmation within one week to secure the place.
- Workshop participants must attend both days in full to receive a Certificate of Participation from UniQuest.
- Workshop participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the workshop and at their own cost.
Workshop participants accept that parts of the workshop may be filmed and photographed for promotional purposes and consent to UniQuest's use of that footage for promotional purposes. Commercially sensitive and confidential information relating to UQ technology disclosed by workshop partcipants will not be included in promotional footage.
