Feeling anxious is a common response to situations where a person feels under pressure. However for some children and teenagers, when the stressful situation ends, the anxiety remains and can have a disabling impact on their life. BRAVE has been developed to help children and teenagers conquer anxiety and develop skills to cope with stressful situations.
